Been using Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station literally for decades starting with the North South Line (red), North East Line (purple), and conveniently for me the Circle Line (yellow). Some people say it is complicated but there are signs all over, and if in doubt ask any of the friendly MRT staff for assistance. As a frequent user of the Circle Line with Dhoby Ghaut being the first station (CC1) going towards Harbourfront direction, people sometimes get confused whether the train on Platform A goes the same stations and direction as Platform B - the answer is yes so you can hop on whichever platform arrives first. The North South Line is super convenient too because it connects to town (eg Orchard MRT just two stops away). Even Dhoby Ghaut is considered town area with shopping malls like Plaza Singapura nearby.
Most complicated MRT station ever, coming from a local. Purple line and circle line near Plaza Singapura, but if you take red line, it’s like walking to another MRT station. Fortunately there’s travelator in between. Estimated walk time about 10 mins, things to factor in if you are meeting your friend.
One downfall though. Me and my friends took 10 mins to decide which line to take because we are spoilt for choices. It’s also a test on friendship and who is willing to sacrifice, and I guess it’s me this time.
Escalator from plaza sing to mrt is down btw. Prepared to walk the stairs. But it’s a short flight.
an extremely useful and convenient mrt station! it is located directly below plaza singapura, the atrium and the istana park. it is also located near two bus stops. it serves three lines, and is very wide and easy to follow. it also has multiple shops next to the mrt, allowing you to grab a quick bite during transport. this is definitely a convenient and useful mrt station!

Its one of the biggest MRT station there are meet 3 line Its connected on each singapore city's. There have the capitaland Shopping mall its very beautiful location for tourists and vacation leave can spend the time here for short relaxation.
Lost my staff card and North-East Line staff with outstanding customer service called my work place to inform. They were even extremely cheerful when i approached them for my lost staff card. Once again thank you to North-East Line staff for going out of your way to reach out to me. Definitely better than staff from other lines there who were very sarcastic and unhelpful when approached for help.
Dhoby Ghaut Exchange MRT station is huge and easy to follow. It connects the North-South line (red), Circle line and the Purple line. Follow the signs to exits to Plaza Singapura Mall (road level or basement).
It’s a spacious central interchange with malls and clear directions to the different service lines. Google asked me to rate this MRT station so I obliged as I am in a good mood getting points for reviewing.
